Point of Sale Interface for Cash Registers - Record POS Data on Security DVR
Our custom made point of sale text inserters are perfect for retail stores and restaurants. The Point of Sale Text Inserter is a small electronic box which connects to the cash register through a serial port on the side of the cash register.
The video from a CCTV security camera is looped through the POS interface unit. The interface overlays all the details from the transaction including time/date, sale total, cash received and change given onto the security video.
Each unit is completely configurable as to the location and information displayed on the video. The information makes it very easy to identify over rings, no-sales, till errors or theft at the cash register. One unit is required for each cash register and a well positioned security camera which views the attendant, the cash register and the customer.
