Honeywell HD70 High-Resolution Day/Night Vandal-Proof Dome Camera
The HD70 is a day/night camera that switches from color to black and white mode depending upon available light. The HD70 incorporates a 1/3" CCD that offers 550 TV lines of crisp, clear horizontal resolution. The cameras come equipped with 24 integrated LEDs, a built-in fixed lens (f=4.0 mm) and a 3-D axis gimbal that is capable of 360° of pan, 180° of tilt and 360° of horizontal rotation. In addition, the lens is separated from the LEDs by a boot mechanism which eliminates internal IR glare.
The HD70 installs quickly and easily. It comes standard with a two-conductor pigtail that connects to the barrel connector so there is no need to cut wires during installation. It also features a video out port for easy focus. The HD70 is designed for use in challenging environments. It is IP66 rated for outdoor installations, but can also be installed indoors, mounted directly to a ceiling or wall.

The cameras work great, high resolution and great night vision picture quality. It even has a 360 degree rotation and some pan/tilt features. It's extremely durable and very easy to install. The lens is great for the wide angle shots and since the lens is separated from the led's, there's no glare.

I bought two systems for my convenient stores. I've been fortunate so far, no break ins or robberies. I'm hoping that the signs and the cameras will deter any criminals. If not, then I'm relying on the cameras to record the event.
